This is the only Alkazone ionizer that offers 2 separate filters. However, in comparing price points, there are many other units on the market with 2 internal filters and under the $2000 price range. It gets worse, the price of their filters are almost twice that of the competition.
In testing the pH and OPR levels there was a marginal difference between what was advertised and what was measured. All in all the measurements were within acceptable ranges.
They offer an additional internal mineral filter to improve the quality of the water should there not be enough minerals present to create the alkaline water.
With a 7 day return policy and 20% restocking fee, we feel they are not willing to stand behind their product line.
