Return Policy
The official return policy of Enagic U.S.A.® stands at three business days. We here at Enagic® also understand that there are extraordinary circumstances in which a longer period would be necessary. Under these circumstances which require approval by the company there is a strict guideline which follows.
- Returning a Brand New Machine:
- Within three days- Refund of full amount minus expenses.
- Within seven days- Refund of 80% of machine price minus expenses.
- Within one month- Refund of 70% of machine price minus expenses.
- Returning a Used Machine:
- Within three days- Refund of 80% of machine price minus expenses.
- Within seven days- Refund of 70% of machine price minus expenses.
- Within one month- Refund of 50% of machine price minus expenses.
- Returning a Machine purchased with the Enagic® Payment System
- Used machines utilizing the Enagic Payment System beyond three days will be non-refundable.
- New within three days- Refund of full amount minus expenses.
- New within seven days- Refund of 80% of initial payment minus expenses.
- Used within three days- Refund of 80% of initial payment minus expenses.
- Days are counted starting on the day that the order was processed or in case of shipping, begins on the date of signed delivery.
Three and seven days are business days, one month is counted by calendar month.
A machine is considered used once water has been through it.

If at any time in the first 14 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in “as new condition” and in its original packing. You enjoy the peace of mind of a five year warranty on the Athena, Delphi and Isis ionizers which covers the following: Years 1 thru 3: ALL parts, labor and shipping; Years 4 and 5 all parts and shipping.
IonLife Inc. offers a 5 year warranty that includes three (3) years parts and labor, from purchase date, with FREE shipping from anywhere in the USA. Then from 3 to 5 years from purchase provides an additional two (2) years with free labor. After 3 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $195 on the most expensive repair. Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. Customers are required to phone first so that they can be issued with a Return Authorization Number.

There is a five year warranty on KYK Harmony water ionizers. We will repair or replace any part which, in our opinion, is defective. Since being introduced to the ionizer market Tyent USA has updated their product several times making them a popular choice of water ionizers available in the U.S. The Tyent products stay consistent with the ever changing ionizer market bringing you some of the latest features available. Tyent USA has only been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 11/24/2009 and currently has an A- rating.
Return Policy and Warranty
Tyent USA offers a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are not convinced that you purchased the greatest water ionizer in the world, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days from your date of receipt. An industry standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, since we will no longer be able to sell the unit as new.
All Tyent water ionizers carry a 5 year limited warranty. One year of this warranty is covered by the manufacturer Tyent Korea and the remaining 4 years are covered by Tyent USA. The warranty covers all manufacturers defects, as well as any problems that were not because of misuse or abuse of the unit. Abuse includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions in the owner’s manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the unit or other carelessness.
Our technicians will try to troubleshoot any problems via telephone first. If we cannot find a solution over the phone, we will cover the cost to have the unit shipped to an authorized repair center if it is within the first 60 days. After 60 days, the customer is responsible for shipping to and from an authorized repair center.
All repairs are handled in the USA. If we cannot fix your problem, we will send you a comparable replacement which could include a new or refurbished unit depending on age of the unit and other circumstances.
All wholesale purchases by distributors or resellers are final, but the same warranty and trial period does apply to all of our distributors and resellers customers.
All returns must be approved and accompanied by an RMA slip, or the return will not be accepted.
