Enagic® began doing business in the U.S. in 2004 introducing the very popular LeveLuk SD501 ionizer. Enagic® distributes their ionizers solely through a multi-level marketing system and does not sell direct. Enagic® currently has offices (which also function as showrooms and customer support desks) in the following U.S. cities: Los Angeles, Honolulu, New York, Chicago and more on the way. Enagic, Inc® currently has an A- BBB rating by the Better Business Bureau.

Return Policy

The official return policy of Enagic® U.S.A.® stands at three business days. We here at Enagic® also understand that there are extraordinary circumstances in which a longer period would be necessary. Under these circumstances which require approval by the company there is a strict guideline which follows.

Returning a Brand New Machine:
• Within three days- Refund of full amount minus expenses.
• Within seven days- Refund of 80% of machine price minus expenses.
• Within one month- Refund of 70% of machine price minus expenses.

Returning a Used Machine:
• Within three days- Refund of 80% of machine price minus expenses.
• Within seven days- Refund of 70% of machine price minus expenses.
• Within one month- Refund of 50% of machine price minus expenses.

Returning a Machine purchased with the Enagic® Payment System
• Used machines utilizing the Enagic® Payment System beyond three days will be non-refundable.
• New within three days- Refund of full amount minus expenses.
• New within seven days- Refund of 80% of initial payment minus expenses.
• Used within three days- Refund of 80% of initial payment minus expenses.
• Days are counted starting on the day that the order was processed or in case of shipping, begins on the date of signed delivery.

Three and seven days are business days, one month is counted by calendar month.

A machine is considered used once water has been through it.
