It must be understood that the pH of our bodies is something that has been established over the course of our life. It is never too late to begin to improve this however it is not an “over night” cure. Unlike many modern medicines out there that claim to heal “over night” becoming alkaline is not as easy. The flip side is though many of these medicines remove symptoms of sickness they may only be masking them.
